Amber is a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz. Amber specialises in revenue litigation and disputes and administrative law. She has conducted litigation in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Court and the State Supreme Courts. Amber is a member of The Tax Institute and has completed a Master of Laws with a specialisation in tax law.

Niv is a Tax Partner at Clayton Utz. His main areas of expertise are corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing and the conduct and resolution of tax disputes. He is a member of The Tax Institute’s International Sub-committee and represents the Tax Institute on the NTLG Dispute Resolution Sub-committee. He is also a member of the ATO’s Large Business Advisory Group and the Treasury Specialist Reference Group on Multinational Corporate Taxation.
