Daniel Fry, FTIA, is a Partner at taxation law firm Norton & Smailes in Western Australia. He has over 15 years of experience, beginning his career as a Chartered Accountant. Daniel practises in all areas of tax but has developed particular expertise in superannuation, trusts, all aspects of structuring, capital gains tax, estate planning for SME/high net worth clients and dealing with the Australian Taxation Office in relation to tax disputes. He currently serves on a number of committees at The Tax Institute including the National Superannuation Committee.
