Events & Education
The Taxation Institute of Australia is the pre-eminent provider of tax education, providing tax professionals the opportunity to keep up to date so they can better advise their clients. The Events and Education Division provides tax training through continuing professional development (CPD) activities as well as our Structured Education courses.
CPD activities are held in all Australian capital cities and many regional areas. They range from short seminars to residential conferences and are regarded as the highest quality tax CPD in Australia. All events are developed and presented by dedicated and senior members of the tax profession to ensure they are relevant and practical and in tune with the needs of the profession. The Structured Education Program offers three levels of courses:
- Foundation Tax for entrants to the profession
- Applied Tax for those who operate in compliance and who have approx three years' experience
- Advanced Tax for those with approx five years' experience and who work in advice.
