Stream 1 – SME Issues
This stream focuses on topics that affect practitioners with SME clients and will include practical sessions and updates on taxation of trusts, superannuation, franchising, GST, Division 7A, small business CGT concessions and dealing with the ATO.
Stream 2 – Corporate Issues
This stream will focus on issues relevant to practitioners who are advisors to large business clients (either as part of the internal tax advisory or com pliance group or as external advisors) and will include capital management, the impact of TOFA, tax risk management (including in relation to expectations of boards of
directors) and in respect of promoter penalties regime and the issues currently being resolved under the consolidation regime.
Stream 3 – Hot Topics
This stream covers areas which are of significant interest to a wider range of practitioners in the ever changing tax environment. Topics include anti-money laundering and how it affects your practice or your company, how to go about lodging a ruling request with the ATO, dealing with Tax Audits, and how climate change arrangements are likely to impact on business generally and specifically.
Ticketing Options
There are three ticketing options available to delegates:
Full Forum Registration: For individual delegates - entitles you to attend all sessions, as well as morning and afternoon teas and the networking luncheons and drinks. Additionally you will also receive a full copy of the conference papers.
Members Early Bird price: $1220 (incl GST)
Non-Members Early Bird price: $1420 (incl GST)
Single Day Registration: For individual delegates - entitles you to attend one day of sessions, with morning and afternoon teas and the networking luncheon for that day as well as copies of the conference papers for the day you attended.
Members Early Bird price: $635 (incl GST)
Non-Members Early Bird price: $735 (incl GST)
Employer Ticket Registration: A group ticket - entitles two or more employees from your firm to attend any sessions (up to a total of 14 sessions). Your company will receive one full copy of the conference papers to be shared between delegates.
