    The Federal Government has had its MYEFO so we followed up with something even better: SOYTO! Accordingly the first Breakfast Club for 2013 presented an opportunity to do some crystal ball gazing at some of the topics that are likely to be of relevance to us and our clients in the coming year.

  • the new Part IVA
  • the new loss carry back rules and other tax issues
  • where we are at with the taxation of trust income
