Abstract:
The NZ government has announced the latest round of consultation on the reform of NZ's international tax rules with the release of an Officials' Issues Paper titled "New Zealand's International Tax Review - the Treatment of Foreign Dividends and Transitional Issues." The government is seeking feedback on suggested changes to the treatment of foreign dividends under the proposed reforms.
