Part 1 of this article, discusses a number of issues arising from the Government's release of the Exposure Draft Tax Laws Amendment (Taxation of fFnancial Arrangements) Bill 2007. This Part 2 examines in some detail the tax timing methods, and suggests steps that effected business might now take.
