Nick Most FTIA is an Executive Director in Ernst & Young’s Indirect Taxes and Incentives practice with over 12 years experience in tax transaction and advisory work. Nick joined Ernst & Young in 2006 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Director specialising in stamp duties. Nick joined PricewaterhouseCoopers UK in 1996 and spent four years advising on UK income and corporation tax before joining the Australian practice in 2000 and specialising in stamp duties. He regularly advises clients on Australia-wide stamp duty aspects of mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate reconstructions, company floats, business acquisitions, inbound investments and infrastructure transactions.
