Raffi specialises in providing taxation consulting and compliance services to privately-owned businesses, especially in relation to their operating structures and expanding their operations offshore. His main consulting assignments include advice on business structuring and restructuring, debt and equity re financing,
expanding business operations offshore, using Australia as regional
headquarters, and the use of company and trust losses and capital
gains tax concessions. Before joining PwC over eight years ago, Raffi worked in the Large Business & International division of the Australian Taxation Office for over four years.
Raffi has also presented numerous papers and sessions about
Australian and international taxation matters at professional conventions and conferences.
