The focus of this presentation is on overseas developments in tax risk management and disclosure including:
FIN 48 and accounting for uncertain tax positions
tax shelter disclosure requirements in US and UK
trends in stakeholder disclosure.
Anthony Fulton ATI
Tony is Head of Tax Practices & Operations with
BHP Billiton and as part of this role is responsible for developing
the company’s practices in relation to global tax risk management
including reporting of risk to key stakeholders. Tony specialised in
the management of taxes, reporting and risk management over a
number of years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and joined BHP
Billiton in 2008. Current at 05 July 2009
