Private equity presentation

Australia is currently in the midst of what has been described as a private equity frenzy. This activity is being generated by both international private equity firms and also local funds. This presentation is designed to provide an insight into some of the structural and funding arrangements used in the industry, including:

  • common private equity ownership and funding arrangements
  • management incentive plans
  • managing the divestment process.
