Peter Poulos, CTA is a Corporate Advisory and Tax Partner at Gadens and has 28 years' experience in tax. He was previously a specialist M&A Tax Partner at a Big 4 accounting firm and served as chair of the firm's Global M&A Tax practice. Peter's experience encompasses roles in the tax structuring and/or tax due diligence for circa 500 transactions, covering all transaction sizes and industry sectors with a weighting towards private equity, natural resources, property and infrastructure.
