  • transition to Retirement Pensions/Superannuation
  • minimum and maximum payments
  • effect of death on CGT
  • segregated asset approach v proportionate approach
  • tax free and taxable proportions/Reversionary pensions/Commutation/In specie payments.

He comes from a taxation related background having worked at the Australian Taxation Office and the tax division of a large chartered accounting practice as a tax consultant, prior to establishing his own practice.
