HEPCO Pty Ltd, trading as The Tax Institute Higher Education is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Tax Institute Pty Ltd. It was established as a Higher Education Provider to deliver the Graduate Diploma of Applied Tax Law and is accredited by the Tertiary Education and Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA).

Student Advisor - Tom Reynolds
Tom is the first point of contact potential candidates have with The Tax Institute Higher Education via phone, email or web. Possessing a very detailed knowledge of our programs and subjects, he provides information and advice to potential candidates on the most suitable course of study and assists them with the enrolment process. National Course Coordinators - Heather Robertson, Rachel Stevens, Talia Katz
Course Coordinators are available to candidates at all points during their studies to support them on their learning journey. They create, manage, and maintain the Learning Management System, schedule and manage the education events consisting of timetables, webinars, lectures, and exams. They support our candidates throughout their studies via phone and email and distribute weekly emails to help keep candidates on track within their subject.
Learner Experience Coordinator - Revital Folan
Revital supports our students throughout their learning journey at a program level. Revital monitors student progression and attrition. Additionally. Revital ensures The Tax Institute Higher Education complies with TEQSA’s reporting requirements and regulations. Along with the National Course Coordinators, Revital is also responsible for the coordination and reporting of activities and initiatives that support our contributors, such as Subject Convenors, Presenters and Markers.
Marketing Manager - Toni Moawad
Toni is responsible for the development and execution of the higher education marketing and student recruitment strategy encompassing digital marketing, social media management, communications and website content.
Higher Education Delivery Manager - Merilyn Hughes-Narborough
Merilyn leads the delivery of The Tax Institute’s Higher Education structured educational offerings and is responsible for the student learning journey from admissions, subject offerings, formal assessment to graduation ensuring candidate satisfaction, quality processes and compliance. Merilyn works closely with the Academic Board ensuring that all polices and processes meet the legislative and registration requirements.
Education Quality Assurance Administrator - Amy Larkin
Amy supports both the Board of Directors and Academic Board and relevant Committees in their oversight of corporate and academic governance. Amy is also involved in monitoring processes and policies in our endeavour of continuous improvement enabling better outcomes for those who learn with us.
Executive General Manager - Alexandra Wilson
Alex is responsible for the development, delivery and overall quality of The Tax Institute Higher Education’s structured education program offering and for the experience and progression of education program candidates.
Alex holds both domestic and international experience in developing and managing professional development and education programs at a postgraduate level with cohort sizes in excess of 30,000 candidates with a focus on long term outcomes for students. She is also experienced in developing and delivering education and assessment in accredited higher education and ISO9001 environments.
Alex previously held a key management role in the digitisation of assessment delivery for CPA Australia’s CPA program, and served as Examinations Manager at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She is passionate about high-quality educational experiences that focus on the candidate, and about robust assessment development and the digital transformation of the learning and assessment environments. Alex recently completed an MBA (Executive) degree at the Australian Graduate School of Management within the UNSW Business School.
