Robert is the Australian Taxation Office’s Chief Tax Counsel, he is responsible for technical leadership in relation to GST. Robert is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in various jurisdictions and holds a Master of Laws in the field of litigation and dispute resolution. He currently has a particular focus on improving the timeliness of the ATO’s technical decision-making in relation to the most complex matters.
