Leigh is a Partner with Blake Dawson Waldron, based in Perth. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance but has a wide range of experience in corporate law, resource projects and dispute resolution. He has worked as an in-house lawyer and company secretary, and is an experienced public company director.
