ATO'S Superannuation Consultative Committee’s Education and Communication Subcommittee (SCCEC)
Michael Payne-Mulcahy FTIA attended the SCCEC meeting in Sydney on Tuesday 3 February 2009. With a focus on the education and communication aspects of Tax Office administration of superannuation, Subcommittee members discussed ATO communication strategies and products for a range of measures including same sex relationships, terminal medical conditions, changes to the late payment offset, temporary residents and early access to superannuation. The ATO also discussed its proposed timetable for the review of its core superannuation publications.
