The Biannual tracking survey of tax agents’ perceptions of service and usage of channels will help the ATO gain an understanding of tax practitioners’ perceptions of their recent experiences with the ATO through various channels, including phone, Tax Agent Portal, and correspondence. The survey is being conducted on behalf of the ATO by external research organisation, Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) Australia. All survey responses are confidential and neither individuals nor practices are identified in the report provided to the ATO. Participation in this survey is voluntary.
