16 Jan 088 Bilateral social security agreement with Switzerland

Australia has entered into a bilateral social security agreement (provisions on double superannuation coverage) with Switzerland, which started on 1 January 2008. It applies to people who have been sent to Australia or Switzerland for work before this time, but only for superannuation guarantee contributions (or equivalent) made on or after 1 January 2008.
