"Basically it is Member 6’s fault by not lodging a full CU form. This has been canvassed many times. Because PAYG on IAS is part of the Activity system, the ATO can only act on what the new agent lodges. I know it is not perfect but I always lodge a full CU and then check all info on the Portal of the client."
