"After responding to the ATO three times regarding where we wanted the Tax Bonus payments to go, we are still receiving them into our Trust Account and our mail box. We have replies from ATO confirming we did not wish to receive any of the payments in our account or by mail.
I heard on News Radio this morning that the reason the bonus payments are being held up is because tax agents are not handling them in a timely manner. Good old ATO, blame anyone but themselves. The truth is they were given too short a time line to get this right and now we are fielding telephone calls by the dozen asking where the money is!
Who is going to reimburse this very small practice for all this time expended?"
