21 Aug 06 Problems accessing the Centrelink Report

The ATO advises that some tax agents are having difficulties accessing the Centrelink Report on the Tax Agent Portal due to the browser settings on their computer. The report opens a new window which is known as a pop-up which many browsers are set to block. The browser setting for pop-ups may be the cause if you are getting an error message stating 'invalid TFN'.
