29 Jan 07 Review of ATO’s management of complex issues case studies submitted to Minister

On 24 January 2007, the Inspector-General submitted to the Minister for Revenue case studies on 2 of the areas the subject of his review into the ATO’s ability to identify and deal with major, complex issues within reasonable timeframes. The case studies deal with living away from home allowances (LAFHAs) and service entity arrangements. The case studies will be released by the Minister in due course.
