01 Mar 10 RSA regs amended for FHSA contributions
Retirement Savings Accounts Amendment Regulations 2010 (No 1) was made on 25 February 2010 and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 26 February 2010 as Select Legislative Instrument 2010 No 23. The Regulations amend the Retirement Savings Accounts Regulations 1997 to allow Retirement Savings Account (RSA) institutions to accept personal contributions for those aged over 65 and under 70 without the individual meeting a "work test", when they are being contributed from a First Home Saver Account (FHSA).
