07 Feb 07 Tax agent perceptions of service and usage of channels

The ATO has released a summary of its "Biannual tracking of tax agent perceptions of service and usage of channels survey – Wave 14", which  was conducted by an external research consultant on behalf of the Tax Office surveying a representative sample of 2,700 tax agents. The summary provides a concise insight into tax agent opinions and preferences for interacting with the Tax Office including the Tax Agent Portal, electronic lodgment service (ELS), telephony services, web, and mail communication.
