In an increasingly litigious society, professionals are increasingly becoming at risk of allegations of liability. It is essential that tax advisers be aware of the main sources of liability to manage their exposure to risk. This presentation surveys the sources of liability for tax advisers, and in particular tax accountants and tax lawyers.
Cal acts as a litigation consultant to a number of Perth law firms. Cal’s practice is predominantly in the areas of general commercial and civil litigation.
