Business succession planning - Buy/sell agreements


As more and more business owners are in the transition to retirement, the need for business succession planning is becoming increasingly important. This article examines the issues involved with business succession planning and in particular the tax issues concerning buy/sell agreements and funding arrangements.

This was also presented at the Business Succession Planning seminar held in Sydney on 20 September 2006.
