Service Entities

There has been considerable discussion of the ATO Ruling and Booklet dealing with service arrangements. This article considers whether the use of service entities today really is significantly different to the 1970s.

Professor Cooper is a Chartered Accountant in sole practice at Cooper & Co. He is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Taxation and Business Law (incorporating the Australian School of Taxation) at the University of New South Wales.
