03 Jun 10 "Without Prejudice" letter privileged from production in AAT hearing - Bruse

The AAT has held that a letter written by the Commissioner to the taxpayer and marked "Without Prejudice" was protected by privilege and, accordingly, could not be put in evidence before the AAT: Bruse and FCT [2010] AATA 404 (AAT, Bean SM, 1 June 2010).
