"I find it frustrating that we as tax agents cannot use the portal. Many hours are wasted by myself and staff. All not recoverable. For approximately a week now, access to the portal is continually cutting out and we are having great problems logging onto it. Why haven't the ATO sent something out to advise that THEY are having problems? At least, then we can tell our clients where the problem lies. OHHHH."
