The ATO advises that it publishes performance information against its commitments to service to honour its obligation to transparent management, accountability for results and citizen-centred service delivery.
The ATO will progressively report results against these new performance measures over 2013–14. The aim is to have full reporting of all new measures by July 2014. The 15 new performance measures that replace an existing service standard are reported first. The remaining 20 performance measures will be initially displayed as “Not yet determined” until results are available. Results will become progressively available in releases scheduled for December 2013, March 2014 and June 2014.
