Practitioner lodgment service user guide
The ATO has published the practitioner lodgment service (PLS) user guide, which supports your Standard Business Reporting (SBR) enabled software documentation. More information can be found here.
Urgent scam alert: Suspended TFNs
Scammers are telling people that their TFN has been suspended and that they need to pay a fine or transfer funds to fix it. Warn your clients to stay alert.
Since 1 January 2021, the ATO has received 638 reports of this scam, with 7 victims paying out nearly $118,000.
