If you or your clients are affected by the recent events in Victoria, or need assistance for any other reason, the ATO encourages you to reach out to them as soon as possible. There is a range of support available to all agents and the ATO can tailor their help to your individual needs.
Object to an ATO decision – Decisions you can object to and time limits
By law, you can object to tax assessments (except for the Diverted profits tax assessment) and most other decisions the ATO makes, within the appropriate time limits.
