In conjunction with the media release entitled "Removal of Income Tax Impediments Affecting Special Disability Trusts", Treasury has announced that the Attachment to the press release will form the basis of a four-week consultation on the policy design of these proposed reforms.The closing date for submissions is Friday, 10 June 2011 and details of the consultation may be accessed here
