Client lists and lodgment program
MEMBER 2 writes:
"Like most accountants, we've been busy deleting taxpayers from our client list, so that 85% lodgment can be achieved.
So why does ATO still phone us about outstanding lodgments for those deleted clients? What part of "Deletion of tax agent" don't they understand?
More evidence of the chaos that exists within ATO. We wonder whether anything might improve in 2014?
