03 Sep 10 Difficulties with AUSkey registration

"My staff and I applied for AUSkey registration on 2 July 2010 and were meant to receive an email within 24 hours with the relevant codes etc.  None arrived.

Contact has been made with the ABR AUSkey Assistance staff who has advised us that both myself and my two employees are registered and that emails were sent to us. We did not receive them.

Could they resend the emails to us? - NO.  Although we are experiencing difficulties with the accessing the ATO Business Portal they were unable to assist us in expediting the registration.

The outcome was that I will need to reapply for my Administrator AUSkey and then register all of my staff again.  

This is so very frustrating and time wasting."
