The ATO advises that it is conducting a survey to help develop more effective online communications to better meet tax agents’ information needs.
If you are one of the randomly selected participants, please take the time to share your views with the ATO. If you have not already completed the survey, there is still time.
Your input will enable the ATO to understand how you use the ATO website, your communication channel preferences and your overall information needs.
The ATO will issue a reminder email to participants later this week. It will be sent from the email@example.com email address and titled “Reminder to participate in the Online communication with tax professionals survey”.
If you were not selected to participate in the survey and would like to share your views about improvements the ATO can make to its online communications, please email your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Over the next month, the ATO will also be inviting some tax professionals to participate in face-to-face interviews and research activities in order to gather more detailed information.
