"We are experiencing a similar problem to Member 161 - see 2014 TAXVINE No 38 (17 October 2014). If we wanted to put the client on Electronic Delivery we would have elected this option. I cannot understand why the ATO is doing this as the savings from not posting the BAS will be lost in taxpayers ringing up and lodging late. I never thought I would say it but I am starting to lose faith in the ATO and its processes."
