MEMBER 34 writes, in reply to Member 28's comments in last week's TAXVINE - see 2013 TAXVINE No 5 (22 February 2013) - about being required to provide bank account details to the ATO for refund purposes:

"I have people who cannot even cash their cheques because they do not have a bank account. What happens to these refunds??"
