"Please be advised that once again the ATO computer does not work
I lodged a request for a client list on 3 April 2013, today, a week later, I have called to find out where the report is.
Advised by ATO staff in call centre in Melbourne that the list was sent to me by ELS on 8 April 2013.
Only problem is that I never received the report.
ATO staff advised me to lodge another request. Problem is that I did this and the silly computer now advises that I cannot lodge the request for another report and receive this until I get the original report.
Once again the super duper computer appears wrecked. As we cannot receive a client list this will also have an impact on our lodgments and the 85% requirement."
