"I think after the Commissioner's press spin about how well his computer system was working, and all Notices if Assessment were  greatly improved  and more user friendly, and his complete lack of admission about the ATO not having processed refunds (we received a $80,000 refund, 4 weeks after he said this, and the return was lodged 2 January 2010, only took 5½ months!!!) , and now with the ATO backflip on Bucket Companies, and their complete lack of negotiation on this, we have all said !%?# 'em, and given up!"
