"The good news about the ATO’s new computer system just keeps coming.

I tried to request a copy of a 2010 assessment that was supposed to have issued three weeks ago but has never been received. The call centre 'agent', as the recoded message is calling them again, had to transfer me to another section since the assessment had been produced by the new system and 'we can't access copies'!! More wasted time while waiting to be transferred, but it's only tax agents' time so no worries apparently."
