I wasn’t able to register a client for PAYGW, and kept on getting the 'temporary technical problems' crash, and when I called the query line I was advised that lack of an email address on file was the problem. Since when do clients have to have an email address? This is getting ludicrous. And when were we told about this development? As far as I’m concerned, that sort of 'functionality' change should have been in big flashing lights somewhere, complete with justification. Not hidden away as part of a regular communication, if it was communicated to us at all. Grrrrrr. Not happy. At all."
