So many of my clients complain they're no longer receiving any correspondence from the ATO – just annoying text messages about lodgments and debts.
We're left explaining that this absence of correspondence is caused by the clients signing up to myGov. The client then usually asks us to cancel their myGov subscription.
Where is the easy and efficient way to cancel the myGov membership? Or does a person need to cancel their Australian citizenship to be rid of their myGov account?
