What controls can the tax agent place on the use of the myGovID outside of the practice?
Can the tax agent get a report of what staff have done on the portal and when they have logged on?
Is that tax agent liable for fraud committed or unauthorised access to non-clients data when tools have not been provided to monitor or control the actions of the staff?
I understand that ATO staff cannot log onto the ATO network with non ATO computers remotely. How can we have the same controls?
