"I lodged a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) on 15 November 2010 about an illegal access to the tax portal of my client by another practitioner acting for another person who was in a bitter breakup dispute with my client. The TPB acknowledged my complaint on 19 November 2010. I provided evidence at that time and further evidence in April 2011 of the illegal access. No further communication until I sought out the TPB in December 2011 when I was told they will now escalate it (after numerous months). I tried to ring on 18 January 2012 about the progress and had no answer other than a continuous ringtone.
So much for service and upholding of the law, privacy and all manner of stuff that much more learned men and women than I can even think about."
