"As a small practice, we obtain ATO stationery to assist with drafting ITRs. We note that the stationery provided by the ATO for individual tax returns for 2010 does not have any section for Reportable Fringe Benefits or Reportable Superannuation Contributions. Are they going to reprint?"

"Our practice has completed a number of individual 2010 returns which include group certificates. We have noted that a material percentage show an incorrect treatment of Reportable Superannuation Benefits.
The errors are that the group certificate preparers are including the statutory 9% on the form and salary sacrificed super has been omitted completely.
It would appear that the ATO needs to address the ignorance of the preparers or we, as agents, are going to be caught up in another unnecessary round of ATO generated correspondence, phone calls etc."
