On age discrimination in the electronic world

"As a retired member, I have had occasion to assist (even more) elderly relatives lodge their tax returns via e-tax. In order to prefill their Centrelink payments they need a My Gov account. In order to access information via My Gov they need an email address. How many 90 year olds have an email address?? I was able to provide my own email address for one person only. This is yet another example of how the elderly in our community are being sidelined by the provision of services only accessible via the internet.
