"Thank you again for a very useful weekly newsletter. As the ATO tends to read these may I ask or recommend that instead of sending taxpayers their annual HELP and Financial Supplement Loan statements care of the tax agent, who in turn resends direct to the taxpayer, that they send direct to the client. With explanation sheets accompanying these statements there isn’t much we can add in our enclosing letter to the client.

We waste time, paper and stamps (therefore harming the environment - there’s one for the greenies' department stationed at the ATO) forwarding these on."
