22 Aug 14 On ATO website user friendliness - the ATO responds

THE ATO RESPONDS to the feedback from Member 109 in 2014 TAXVINE No 28 (8 August 2014) about difficulties in searching for information on the ATO's website.

"A program of work to enhance our website search has recently been deployed and delivers improved search results. Further work will continue to target our search results based on demonstrated user search behaviours and feedback. We are also reviewing content on our website to reduce duplication, remove aged content and are undertaking a review of the Tax Topics A-Z index and where possible align to our search results."
